Please take notice that the City of Brown City Planning Commission has scheduled a Public Hearing for the purpose of gathering public comments and recommendations concerning amending City Ordinance Title XV (Land Usage):
- Proposed Amendment to Brown City Ordinance Section 152.178 – Siting and Screening of Trash Dumpsters: Changing “shall” to “Recommend” for sections concerning location and screening of trash dumpsters.

This Public Hearing will be held at 7:05 PM at the next regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting on Thursday, October 6th, 2022 at City Hall, 4205 Main Street, Brown City, Michigan. Residents are encouraged to attend this Public Hearing and participate.
